Job Title: Registered Nurse - Diagnostic Imaging Job Type: Full-Time (4x10.0 Shift Schedule) Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Day/Eve/Night shifts) with weekday and weekend on-call requirements; holiday coverage as needed. We provide exceptional care for patients undergoing various imaging procedures, including CT scans, MRI, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasound. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures.- Collaborate with healthcare providers in a fast-paced environment.- Monitor and assess patients' conditions before, during, and after imaging procedures.- Assist in patient education and prepare them for diagnostic tests.- Adhere to infection prevention protocols and hospital policies. Job Requirements: - Education: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York (ONLY).- Experience: Minimum of two years of RN experience, with telemetry experience preferred.- Certifications: - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). - ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification from the AHA. Behavioral Characteristics: - Strong communication skills.- Critical thinking skills to assess patient needs effectively.- Team-oriented with enthusiasm, flexibility, and organizational skills.
