If only Med/Surg experience with some PCU 2 years

Beds: 12

Trauma Level 2 Trauma patients Neuro Strokes, stable Craniotomies (Coils or Clips), CIWA, seizure precautions Medical/Surgical Respiratory illnesses (COVID/Flu/Pneumonia), Long term trachs with vents, Respiratory Failure requiring Bipap or High Flow O2, COPD exacerbation, post-op General Surgery, Sepsis, IVDA, Thyroid storm

Patient Types: Cardiac - STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, AFIB with RVR, s/p Cardiac Cath, s/p Ablation, 24h post op TAVR Patient Ratios:

RN: 1:3-4 (Days Nights)

Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS AACCN (preferred); CCRN (preferred)
