Job Title: RN IMC / PCU

Location: 75 Beekman St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901

Shift:

• Night 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Start Date: 11/17

Requirements:

• Licensure: NY RN license in hand or proof of application
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS (must be completed prior to start)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year telemetry experience; Epic experience within the last 2 years is non-negotiable
• Skills:
  • Insulin drips, cardiac drips
  • Starting IVs
  • Post-cardiac cath care
• Travel/On-Call: Minimum every other weekend; must work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, New Year's Day/Eve)
• Floating: Assigned to float team; no block schedules

Additional Notes:

• Complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type, gaps >90 days explained)
• Transportation: Reliable personal or rental vehicle required; vehicles must have all-season or snow tires Nov–Apr
