RN Intermediate Care (IMC)

Job Location: 75 Beekman St Plattsburgh, NY 12901

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Description:

RN for PCU: Will be assigned to float team. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/Eve.Requirements:• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required; NIHSS required prior to start• Minimum of 1 year tele experience required• Insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IV's, post cardiac cath• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable• NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offersAdditional Information:• IVS to OFFER• Monday to Sunday• No block schedules for any reason• Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 11/03• Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained• This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
