Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Infusion for a travel nursing job in Rochester, New York.

Position: PICC RN – TravelShift: 4x10s (Day/Evening, weekends per unit policy)Contract: 17 weeks | Guaranteed Hours

The PICC Registered Nurse is responsible for the insertion, care, and maintenance of PICC lines, midlines, and peripheral IVs. This role requires proficiency in ultrasound-guided PIV and PICC placement, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have independently placed at least 50 PICC lines and possess experience with the Sherlock system.

• Insert and maintain PICC lines, midlines, and peripheral IVs.
• Ensure proper line care, troubleshooting, and maintenance in compliance with unit policies.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe and efficient vascular access care.
• Document all procedures accurately and maintain patient safety standards.

• Active RN License (NY only)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• PICC line experience required (50+ independent insertions)
• Ultrasound-guided PIV and PICC proficiency
• Experience using the Sherlock system
• BLS – American Heart Association
• ACLS – American Heart Association
• PICC certification preferred, not required

• Vascular access expertise
