• Unit: ICU (Neuro/Med, CTICU, Surg/Trauma)
• Beds: 42 total
  • Neuro/Med: 22
  • CTICU: 6
  • Surg/Trauma: 14
• Floating: Required to all units except Behavioral Health & ER (unless holding)
• Scrub Color: Navy

️ Common Diagnoses:

• Neuro/Med: Stroke, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), CHF, Respiratory Failure, Post-STEMI
• CTICU: Cardiothoracic Surgery, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Repair
• Surg/Trauma: Trauma, Post-Operative Surgical Cases

Specialty Equipment:

• CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage)
• IABP
• Ventriculostomy / ICP Monitoring
• TTM (Artic Sun)

Must-Have Experience:

• CRRT & Prismaflex required
• Heart experience highly preferred - priority for interview
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required

Submission Requirements:

• Accepting local candidates (within 75 miles) - local rate applies
• Up-to-date resume showing 2+ years of ICU experience (ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU) and travel history
• 2 recent ICU RN references (Charge RN or Manager-level)
• Skills Checklist matching specialty
• Driver's license with address matching profile demographics
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• NURSYS license verification with ACTIVE New York RN license and any other active licenses
