We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team on Unit 4D. This is a high-acuity, fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical skills and adaptability. Candidates must be willing to float to all levels of care as needed.

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Non-local candidates only

• 24-bed unit (4D and 4B), with overflow capacity up to 36 beds
• Patient ratios: 1:2–3 depending on acuity
• High acuity: Neuro, cardiac, post-surgical
• Equipment: Alaris pumps, vents, CPAP/BiPAP, pressorsBonus experience: IABP, EVD, ICP, TVP, CRRT, Impella, SWAN, ECMO
• Provider coverage includes intensivists, residents, hospitalist team, rapid response team, resource RN, and house supervisor (24/7)
• Self-scheduling available after initial period
