Position: RN – ICU/IMC (Variable Shifts)Location: Iron Mountain, MIContract Length: 13 WeeksHours per Week: 36Shifts:Primary: Day – 3x12-Hour (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)Alternate: Night – 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)Every other weekend requiredUnit Details:Mixed ICU/IMC patient populationICU nurses also monitor telemetry for the entire hospitalMay float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, IMC, and Emergency Department as neededFirst to float to inpatient unitsFacility Systems:Paragon/Allscripts – Acute CareT-System – Emergency DepartmentUnit Expectations:Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR)AIDET communication framework and hourly rounding requiredAll clinicians must sign an attestation confirming understanding of these practicesRequirements:Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/IMC experienceActive Michigan RN licenseBLS and ACLS – RequiredPALS – PreferredApply Now!!
