Nurse to patient ratios are 1:4 in PCU and less in ICU. The unit is cardiac heavy. Knowledge of vasoactive drips and rhythm is preferred. Experience with Meditech is highly preferred. The nurse will be required to float to all units within the facility as needed. Low census policy allows for 1 shift cancellation per 4 weeks.
