Job Title: Registered Nurse - Hospice

Location: Burlington, NC 27215Duration: 13 weeksShift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day shift, 5x8s)

• Active RN license (Temp/pending accepted with confirmation it will be active by start date)
• Minimum 1 year of hospice case management experience required
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted with previous hospice or home health experience
• Must have own transportation – this is NOT an inpatient role
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Two supervisory references required
