We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a float position covering the North Region (Arlington, Everett, Malden, Medford, West Medford, Melrose, and Somerville). This 13-week assignment requires a committed, adaptable RN to provide top-tier patient care in a home setting.

• Minimum 1 year of certified home care experience
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience
• Active MA RN License (or compact if applicable)
• Ability to travel to patient homes
• Strong documentation skills using EMR
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
