Description - Unit Notes:- Unit: Home Health

- Shifts: Hours are flexible, usually M-F 8am-5pm, with a 1 hr lunch

- Ratios: patient load is based on productivity, usually about 5 visits per day, admission is usually equivalent to two patients

Common diagnosis / Types of patients: pt infusions, IV antibiotics, TPN, central lines, PICC lines, blood draws

- Weekend Requirement: every 3rd weekend - when they work the weekend they can have a day off the week before and after if wanted

Additional Notes: They may have to take call, call is usually required 2-4x per month for the weekdays,

- Certs: BLS- EMR: Netsmart which was formerly known as AllscriptsCharting System: Cerner
