Home Health • Registered Nurse • DaysJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes.Responsibilities:• Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.• Conduct assessments and create care plans.• Use Oasis and HCHB for records.• Perform Start of Care, routine visits, and recertifications.• Manage approximately 5 patient visits daily.Schedule:• 13 - week contract, 40 hours/week• Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm• Day shifts, no on - call• Potential for contract extensionQualifications:• Valid Compact or WA RN License• BLS certification• 2+ years RN experience, with Home Health expertise• Proficient in Oasis and HCHBAdditional Information:• Coverage: Snohomish County
