Home Health RN | Medford, WI (Aspirus Medford Home Health)13 Weeks | 40 hrs per week | 8a to 4:30p | Every other weekend and holidaysTravel radius: 50 to 100 miles per day. 20 to 25 patients, average 4 to 5 visits per day.On-call: 1 to 2 times weekly and every other weekend (mostly triage).Requirements: Active WI RN license, valid driver's license, BLS, AH ABLS. OASIS and EPIC experience strongly preferred. 2 plus years recent Home Health and prior travel experience required. OASIS certification a plus.Skills: Strong wound care, IVs, ports, lab draws, chronic disease management, admissions, care coordination, and timely EMR documentation.Traits: Dependable, resilient, strong time management, adaptable, compassionate.Notes: Guaranteed hours except during orientation week or holidays when closed. May float to other territories as needed.
