Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.

• Delivers in-home nursing care based on assessment, diagnosis, plan of care, and physician orders.
• Provides care management and coordination for assigned patients.
• Administers medications, treatments, and interventions safely and independently.
• May care for COVID patients.
• Uses EPIC EMR for documentation (experience highly preferred).
• Follows corporate policies and Nurse Practice Act standards.
• Ensures age-appropriate and patient-specific care.
• Participates in safety programs and continuing education.
• Provides exceptional customer service and fosters teamwork.
• Previous home health experience strongly preferred
