Now Hiring: Travel Home Health Registered NurseLocation: Augusta, ME Schedule: Day shift – M-F 8-430 or a Baylor weekend shift – F/S/S or S/S/MDuration: 13 weeksKey Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive nursing assessments during in-home patient visitsAdminister medications, IV therapy, wound care, injections, and other skilled nursing proceduresTravel to multiple patient homes within the assigned geographic territoryQualifications:Current ME state or compact licensure requiredCurrent AHA BLS is requiredKnowledge of Medicare/insurance guidelines using Oasis is RequiredMatrix Care EMR preferred, but will train during orientation2 years of Home Health experience requiredMileage reimbursement is $0.60 per mile
