Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance.'
• Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty.
• Weekend REQ: Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.
• Territory mileage radius Must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic.
• Must be proficient with Home Care HomeBase (HCHB) and used it within the last 6 months.
• Must be proficient in OASIS and used it within the last 6 months.
