Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP (allow 2 weeks for compliance)
• Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Schedule: 5x8-Hour Days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Patient Load: 4–6 patients/day
• Weekly Points: 25–30 points/week (visit-based point system)
• Type of Cases: Home Health, wound care, medication administration, etc.
• Work Environment: Patients are seen in their personal residences

Requirements

• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
  • Minimum 2 years of total clinical experience
  • First-time travelers not accepted
• Certifications:
  • Active RN license (Virginia or compact – must be in hand at time of submission)
  • BLS certification
• OASIS Experience: Required (RN only)
• Charting System: Kinnser (WellSky)
• Dress Code: Scrubs – any color

Additional Information

• On-call: Must be open to occasional on-call rotations (to be discussed during interview)
• Weekend Requirement: Varies; to be discussed during interview
• Mileage Reimbursement: IRS standard rate (does not include commute to first patient or return home)
• Local Candidates: Accepted (must reside within 50 miles)
• Pending License: Not accepted – active license required at time of submission
• RTO Policy:
  • All time-off requests must be submitted with application
  • No additional RTO will be approved after offer
  • Cannot request off for every holiday
• Call-outs: Must provide more than 24 hours' notice for any absences
