2+ years of exp.

Active RN License.

Must be cross trained for multi units (med/surg, ICU, ER), must have BSN & critical care experience.ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS (AHA or RQI specifically)

Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his or her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed by pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient group.
