Shift Details:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• 10-hour shifts, 40 hours/week guaranteed

• Weekend: TBD, holiday coverage as needed

• On-call: Rotational

Requirements:

• Active RN license

• BSN required

• CNOR certification required

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 2 years of current First Assist RN experience

• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

Job Summary:The First Assist RN provides intraoperative surgical care by assisting the surgeon with exposure, hemostasis, and other technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation. The RN will also maintain accountability for patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards, ensuring safety and quality throughout the perioperative experience.
