Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases.Requirements:18+ months recent CVOR RNFA experience (including vein harvesting)RNFA certificationActive Ohio or Compact RN licenseAHA BLSTwo recent references (manager/ANM/supervisor/director in specialty)Note: Additional facility credentialing required before start.
