Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced Emergency Room team. The ER RN will assess, triage, and care for patients with urgent, critical, or life-threatening conditions, ensuring timely and effective treatment in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and prioritize care based on acuity. Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions. Monitor patients' vital signs and responses to treatment. Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency resuscitations. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
