• Up-to-date resume documenting 2+ years of ED experience, including pediatrics exposure and travel experience
• 2 recent ED Charge/Manager RN references
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Driver's license with address matching demographics
• Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• NURSYS report verifying active NY license and all RN licenses
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• EMR experience required: EPIC

• Unit Size: 64 beds (2 Triage, 40 Acute, 6 Super Track, 2 Trauma, 10 CDU, 6 Psych)
