Job Duties:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as required.
• Collaborate closely with emergency physicians, trauma teams, and specialists.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department nursing experience.
• Current and valid RN license.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating holidays.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in emergency response and trauma care.
• Strong skills in IV insertion, medication administration, wound care, and cardiac monitoring.
• Familiarity with rapid assessment and stabilization protocols.
• Effective communication and ability to work in a high-stress environment.
