Shift: 6p-6a Description: Unit Specifics: None Need Specifics:74-bed facility.. ER has 2 RNs and a PCT at all times and 3rd nurse is in for mids... BLS, ACLS, PALS required. What are the ratios in the ER? We don t really have set ratios. It just depends on influx. But, there are 2-3 nurses on each 12-hour shift, with roughly 30 patients per day.Scrub color? Navy Blue ...Charting system? Paragon/Allscripts... Weekend/holiday rotation? Every 3rd weekend and 3 holidays per year.
