Job Title: RN – Emergency Room

Location: 219 S Washington St, Easton, MD 21601

Shift: Rotating Day/Mid Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM)Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week, every other weekend and holidays required

Job Description:The ER RN will provide care in a combined adult/pediatric emergency department. Responsibilities include triage, stabilization, and ongoing management of patients with a wide range of acuity levels. Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 1:4–5 for lower acuity cases. Floating may be required within specialty areas or to other sister EDs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ER experience (first-time travelers accepted with strong skillset)
• Active MD RN license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS (CPI completed during onboarding)
• STEMI and Stroke certified facility
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
• Christmas RTO not approved (includes 7 days before/after)
