The Emergency Department RN will coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care in a rural free-standing ED setting. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, triaging, and treating patients across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric).
• Performing respiratory care, ventilator management, phlebotomy, and limited pharmacy mixing of medications.
• Collaborating with emergency physicians, technicians, and support staff to provide rapid treatment for both minor and critical conditions.
• Educating patients and families while ensuring privacy and patient rights.
• Maintaining compliance with nursing practice standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical codes of conduct.

This role requires independent practice in a rural ED environment, with strong critical thinking and emergency care skills.Ax
