2 Plus yrs/ current experience required plus Triage- BLS, ACLS, NIH, TNCC, PALS- Must have KY or compact license, FLU Vaccine or approved ARH exemption.RN must reside 100 miles from facility to be considered. 36/48 schedule, 2/3 on rotating scheduling.
