System Director of RN Education

provides strategic leadership and oversight for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of ongoing nursing education programs across the system.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive system-wide nursing education strategy that aligns educational initiatives with organizational goals, clinical quality metrics, and evidence-based best practices.
• Promote innovative teaching methodologies by integrating technology, including e-learning platforms, simulation, and virtual reality, to enhance learning opportunities.
• Establish metrics to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of nursing education programs on clinical outcomes and employee engagement.
• Serve as a thought leader and advisor to system leadership on nursing education and workforce development needs

Education: Advanced degree, Ph.D, Ed.D..D, or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
