Position Overview:HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse (CVICU) for a 13-week travel assignment in Albany, NY. This role requires expertise in caring for high-acuity, immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients in a Level I Trauma Center.

Requirements:

• Current RN license (NY or compact, if applicable)

• 2–3 years of recent CVICU staff experience required

• Trauma Level I experience required

• Epic EMR experience required

• Current BLS & ACLS certifications

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Immediate post-op cardiac and vascular ICU care

• Advanced hemodynamic monitoring

• Ventilator management

• A-lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation

• Temporary pacemakers

• Vasoactive and inotropic drip titration

Schedule & Commitment:

• 12-hour day shifts (7:00am – 7:30pm)

• Every other weekend

• Rotating holidays
