60310The RN in Family Medicine will assess, plan, organize, provide, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment. This position requires weekday shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekend and holiday work may be required if needed. No on-call duties are expected.

Key Duties:

• Provide patient care in a family medicine clinic setting.
• Perform phone triage and coordinate patient needs.
• Utilize clinical judgment in assessing and managing patient concerns.
• Document care in EMR (EPIC experience highly preferred).
