Clinical Responsibilities: Patient preparation (greeting, escorting, vitals, medication updates), explaining procedures, triaging phone calls, sending telephone encounters, providing nursing care based on the nursing process and theory, monitoring drug therapy, administering various therapies (IV antibiotics, iron replacement), administering medications (oral, IM, sub-q, IV), drawing blood, communicating patient results, and handling nurse visits (immunizations, therapeutic injections)
