The nurse is responsible for anticipating, planning, and providing care for patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The Registered Nurse provides nursing care during cardiovascular radiographic procedures with minimal supervision. Care is delivered under the direction of a Cardiologist and in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The Registered Nurse supports the Cardiac Catheterization Lab Team in performing high-level invasive procedures.
