The RN will provide case management, utilization review, and documentation support across multiple units in both hospital campuses. Responsibilities: Perform hospital case management and utilization review for med-surg and ICU patients. Support clinical documentation improvement (CDI) initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate, compliant documentation. Utilize EPIC EMR to track patient care, interventions, and outcomes. Provide consultative support to staff and physicians regarding documentation and patient care planning.
