Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Care Manager for a travel nursing job in Apple Valley, California.

• Shift: Day – 5×8 hrs (08:00–16:30)
• Location: Multiple facilities within state (floating required)
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Experience Required:
  • 2+ years RN experience in hospital setting (behavioral health alone not accepted)
  • Travel experience required
  • Case load up to 25 patients
  • Care coordination, discharge planning, utilization review
  • Familiarity with HMOs, IPAs, DME, SNF, ambulance transport
• Charting System: Epic (required)
• Certifications: Current AHA or ARC BLS & ACLS
