Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiology for a travel nursing job in Zanesville, Ohio.

• Provide direct patient care to cardiac patients, including post-procedure monitoring and medical management.
• Accurately read and interpret telemetry strips; respond promptly to abnormal rhythms.
• Float to other Med-Surg units as needed, adapting to diverse patient populations and diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and hospital protocols.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Document all patient care and assessments in Epic EMR efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.
