Job Summary:HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Ambulatory RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Syracuse, NY. The RN will provide patient care in an outpatient/ambulatory setting, supporting procedures and patient assessments with minimal supervision.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days

• Hours: 40 hours/week

• Setting: Ambulatory / Outpatient Care

Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN license – Required

• BLS (AHA) – Required

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the past 2 years – Required

• Experience in hospitals of equal or greater size/trauma centers – Required

• Ambulatory or urgent care experience – Preferred

• EPIC EMR experience – Preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and provide safe, quality nursing care in an ambulatory setting

• Support procedures and interventions as directed

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

• Demonstrate ability to work with minimal orientation and supervision
