Unit Details:

• Unit: Emergency Room
• Shift Options: 36 or 48 hours/week
• Schedule: Every other weekend (EOW)
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Patient Population: All age groups
• Environment: Fast-paced ER with a wide variety of common diagnoses

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER experience
• First-time travelers accepted

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• Active Maryland RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention – completed on-site during orientation)
