HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor – Acute for a 13-week travel assignment in Kingston, New York. This role provides leadership and oversight for the Nursing Float Pool, ensuring patient care, staffing, and resource coordination across acute care units during night shifts.

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care across float pool units

• Ensure optimal staffing coverage and resource allocation

• Oversee patient flow and safety during night shifts

• Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing staff

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care

• Current New York RN license required

• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

• Previous experience as a Nursing Supervisor in an acute care setting

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Previous travel experience preferred

• Shift: Nights – 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Hours: 36 per week

• Duration: 13 weeks
