Location: Syracuse, NYStart Date: August 4, 2025Contract Length: 13 WeeksSchedule: Days | 5x8s | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)(May require early start depending on department needs)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a collaborative radiology team at a top-tier medical center. The candidate will perform routine diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures and may assist with training or leading other techs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals.

• Ensure radiation safety protocols and quality control standards are followed.

• Operate advanced nuclear medicine equipment.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC.

• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Equipment Used:

• Siemens EVO SPECT cameras

• Philips Forte camera

• NMIS (Nuclear Medicine Information System) for hot lab management

• EPIC for patient registration and charting

• Synapse PACS for image review and storage

Requirements:

• NYS Nuclear Medicine Technologist License/Registration – REQUIRED

• ARRT (N) or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine – REQUIRED

• CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

• Must be board eligible if not currently certified

• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols, radiopharmaceutical handling, and imaging equipment

• Prior hospital-based nuclear medicine experience preferred
