Travel RN - Neuro Surgical - Weekend Nights - 3x12s Auto Offer No Locals (Must live 40+ miles away)

Join a 37-bed Neuro Surgical unit caring for stroke, neuro-surgical, and general med/psych patients. This is a weekend nights position for a resilient RN with strong neuro experience and trauma background. Supportive team, excellent leadership, and traveler-friendly environment.

Contract Length: 13 weeks (26 wks preferred) Hours: 48/week (36 hrs available) Shift: Weekend Nights - 12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM) Auto Offer: Yes

Required Skills:

• NIHSS, dysphagia screens, strong neuro assessments
• Telemetry interpretation
• Strict I&Os, Foleys, straight caths
• Heparin gtts initiation/titration
• Blood administration, venipuncture, cultures
• NG tubes, indwelling drain management, stable gtts (Protonix, Lasix)

Requirements: 2+ years of strong neuro experience 1 completed travel assignment Level II trauma experience required EPIC charting experience required (checkoff class required) Must hold an active compact RN license AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS required Must have strong assessment and critical thinking skills No local candidates (40+ mile radius)
