Job Overview: The University of Vermont Health Network Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital is seeking a qualified MRI Technologist for a mid-shift position. This is a contract assignment offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work in a respected healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:Perform MRI diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards.Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation (experience with Epic within the last 2 years is mandatory).Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines, including COVID-19 and flu vaccination policies.Complete thorough documentation, including employment and licensure details, for credentialing and compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications:Valid NY State license or proof of application in process.
ARRT MR and BLS certifications required.
Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years is non-negotiable.
Minimum of 16 weeks availability; travel experience required (no first-time travelers).
Must be willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays if they fall during the assignment..
