2994156Seeking an experienced RN for Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Postpartum unit. Role involves providing comprehensive care to postpartum mothers and newborns, including assessment, education, and emotional support. Responsibilities include newborn safety, lactation support, postpartum recovery monitoring, and early detection of complications. Care is delivered in accordance with established protocols, emphasizing patient education and family-centered care. EPIC charting experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide postpartum care including fundal checks, lochia monitoring, incision care, and bladder assessment
• Support and educate mothers in newborn care, feeding techniques, and discharge preparation
• Conduct newborn assessments, thermoregulation, and safety protocols
• Monitor for and manage postpartum complications such as hemorrhage or hypertension
• Administer prescribed medications including pain control, antibiotics, and IV fluids
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health recordsAx
