Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse group of patients with various medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, managing dysrhythmias and IV insulin protocols.
• Administer blood products and manage peripheral line care.
• Provide care for patients with feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and chest tubes.
• Conduct daily management of PCA and cardiac drips without titration.
• Assist with wound care and wound vac management.
• Utilize Epic for charting and patient documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and respiratory services.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg/Tele nursing role.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Current NY nursing license required for submission.
• Must be able to float to meet facility needs.
