2+ years current MLT experience in a hospital or medical setting - REQUIRED

Must be able to do draws; high phlebotomy experience - REQUIRED

ASCP required; equivalent cert may be accepted - REQUIRED

COVID19 vaccination (booster not required) - REQUIRED

BLS certification - PreferredRegistration/Certification Requirements: ASCP

Diagnosis and treatment of many health conditions often involves tests or procedures that require special services to evaluate samples and report findings.• Responsible for the performance of timely, accurate, quality clinical laboratory tests and basic clinical laboratory functions• Appropriate specimen collection, handling, processingand corresponding orders for diagnostic testing• Performance and appropriate documentation of diagnostic testing• Performance and interpretation of quality control/calibration and participation in all quality assessment/improvement activities• Perform maintenance, calibrations and function checks• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in this laboratory
