Position OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Lab Technologist with 10+ years of lab experience to join our diagnostic team. You will perform testing on blood and body fluids, collect patient specimens, and draw actionable conclusions from results.

Key Details

• Shift: Days with variable weekday on-call + every 4th weekend
• Housing: Possible shared 2BR/2BA apartment (No pets / No smoking)
• Radius Rule: Permanent address must be 65+ miles from facility — locals not eligible

Requirements – No Exceptions

• ASCP, CLS, or equivalent
• Current registered MLT or MLS
• Minimum 10 years laboratory experience
• Must meet facility-specific submission requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic testing on patient specimens
• Perform specimen collection and phlebotomy
• Rotate on-call duties per schedule
• Maintain quality control and accurate records
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure timely, accurate results
