In this specialized role, you will perform high-quality mammographic imaging used to screen for and diagnose breast abnormalities, playing a critical role in early detection and patient education. Key responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients for mammograms, operating digital mammography equipment, ensuring optimal image quality, and adhering to strict radiation safety standards. You will also assist with breast ultrasound or biopsy procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and provide reassurance and guidance throughout the imaging experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to patient dignity and comfort, and the ability to communicate with empathy, particularly when working with patients who may be anxious or undergoing diagnostic follow-up for potential breast cancer. Schedule 730a-4pm Mon-Fri 13 weeks 798F Breast Care Imaging - Mammo Tech Forsyth Breast Care Center 1800 Northside Forsyth Drive Suite 160 Cumming, Georgia 30041 Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.
