Experience Required:-Minimum 2 years' experience as an LPN-2 years' experience, competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings, foley catheters, tracheostomies, etc.-1 year experience in a facility setting for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, and units with medically fragile individuals or areas with a higher acuity, more skilled nursing
