• Patient populations: Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic, Dementia, Memory Care
• EMR: PointClick Care
• Must float to all units (within same building)

Requirements:

• Active NY LPN/LVN License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year LTC experience
