Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the Media & Entertainment industry, is seeking a Travel Systems Analyst (4 month Contract) to support their Global Travel & Expense Technology Team based in Orlando, FL! This role will play a key part in managing day-to-day operations and system configurations for global travel platforms, ensuring a seamless travel experience for employees and high-profile guests. The position is hybrid with Tuesdays onsite and the remainder remote.

Experience of the right candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in corporate travel, either on a corporate travel team or as a corporate travel agent.
- Proficient in Concur Travel (admin or advanced user experience preferred).
- Strong customer service and issue resolution skills; experience triaging support requests and managing escalations.
- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Sabre or Amadeus (nice to have).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable executing tasks using SOPs, FAQs, and shared inboxes.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Support day-to-day operations of the Global Travel & Expense Technology team.
- Monitor and respond to system support requests via a shared inbox.
- Manage travel booking errors and user issues for both employees and non-employees (e.g., VIPs, talent).
- Make systematic rule updates and configurations within Concur or related travel systems.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Travel Systems Analyst to ensure platform efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and provide first-level troubleshooting support.
